The Horrible Ending(s) of Mass Effect 3

Mass Effect 3 was phenomenal, not only was it entertaining to play as a third person shooter, it had the most interesting and immersive storyline since... Mass Effect 2.    D:

But there is one thing that stuck out from the last game in the Mass Effect trilogy that just ruined it for me. As you might have noticed from the title, it was the ending. The ending was terrible for the kind of game people wanted Mass Effect 3 to be. No matter what you do, you cannot survive the ending. There is just no way. Plus, the endings for the prior games were extremely dependent on how well you actually did. Now, there are only THREE good endings. These are all the same no matter how well you did. Even if you got the highest of all scores that would have gotten you the best, most perfect ending in ME1 or ME2, you would be forced to pick three still crappy but "good" endings. The same things still happening in each ending, just in different colors as well.
